Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We deliver to the whole of the UK including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. You should receive your order within 7-10 working days after you place your order. We normally charge for delivery unless there is an offer code or promotion being used.
Delivery costs £2.99
Items are expected to be delivered within 7-10 working days (Typically within 5) We try to get your order delivered as soon as possible and in order to achieve the fast delivery that we do, we use a range of courier services ranging from, DHL, EVRI, FEDEX, ROYAL MAIL.
DIRECT DELIVERY
These products are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, therefore, may take up to 28 days to arrive.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
To cancel an order before it has been delivered please contact us on our local rate number 0330 043 5429 or email us info@ernestwalters.co.uk If you change your mind about part or all of your order before delivery, we are unable to cancel as the order may already be on the way. Please return the parcel on delivery.
RETURNS
We appreciate that you may occasionally need to return things and this can be for a for a variety of different reasons. Once you are sure you need to return an item, simply call us on our local rate number 0330 043 5429 or email us at info@ernestwalters.co.uk
Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited back using the original payment method within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include your name and address inside the parcel.
Returns may be refused if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned without notice and more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds will not be accepted if the product packaging is soiled or damaged. This includes pen, pencil or any other form of permanent alteration to the product and its contents.
When returning goods back to us we recommend using a fully tracked delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked. The customer will be responsible for paying the costs for this.
